How much customization is possible?
Complete customization. You control every aspect: base dimensions and shape, material selection, color, finish, logo placement and technique, insert material, and padding. What are your lead times, and do you offer rush options?
Standard production is 45–60 days after artwork approval. We offer expedited production (30–35 days) at a 15–20% upcharge and emergency rush (20–25 days) at higher premiums, subject to factory capacity. Sampling is always 7–10 business days regardless of production timeline. We guarantee on-time delivery and provide shipment tracking to your warehouse or freight forwarder.
